Steering Committee Member

Claudia Davidson (from Pittsburgh, Pa) has been an attorney for 35 years, practicing union side labor law and the representation of employees with regard to, all types of employment related issues. She represents local and international unions in both the private and public sectors and has represented SEIU Healthcare Pennsylvania for over 25 years, enabling her to learn about the nursing profession. One area of expertise is the representation of nurses and other professionals on licensure issues before state licensing goards. Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and New York she represents other Unions in other industries in these states and nationally. She has also been General Counsel to the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions since 2009.
