     Steering Committee Member

    Tamara Lee is a PHD Candidate at Cornell University in Labor Relations, Law and History where she is completing her dissertation on worker participation in the Cuban political economy, a topic which she first encountered on an L&E delegation. She has a long history at the National Labor Relations Board, where she formerly served as a Board Agent in the Chicago Regional Office, as well as the national District Vice-President of the NLRBU, the Board's staff union. She also worked briefly as counsel to Chairmen Wilma Liebman and Mark Pearce. She is a longtime L&E member, the rising L&E Treasurer and frequent participant in our L&E Cuba research exchange. She is a tireless activist and a terrific addition to our L&EC Steering Committee.
